Kama Fletcher
Kama is a nonprofit leader dedicated to building strong, sustainable organizations that create lasting impact. As the current Director of Development at Neighborhood Hands, Kama leads fundraising and strategic growth initiatives that support community-driven change. With a career spanning development, advocacy, and nonprofit leadership, she has worked to advance equity, inclusion, and opportunity in every role she’s held.
Kama first experienced the magic of the San Francisco Gay Men’s Chorus in 2022 and was immediately inspired by the community it fosters—one of love, authenticity, acceptance, perseverance, talent, and joy. SFGMC’s ability to bring people together through music resonates deeply with her values, and she is honored to serve on the Board of Directors to help sustain and grow the chorus for future generations.
As a board member, Kama is committed to ensuring that SFGMC continues to thrive as a beacon of hope, artistry, and advocacy. She looks forward to contributing her expertise in development and nonprofit leadership to support the chorus in its mission and to share its powerful message with even more audiences.
